Karan previously worked at Citigroup’s investment banking division, Mill Road Capital’s investment team ($1B hedge fund), and Golub Capital’s investment team ($60B+ fund).
Karan is also an investment banker specializing in primary capital raises, secondary liquidity solutions, and co-investment opportunities across all industries with a focus on technology & tech-enabled companies.
Karan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering & Management Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics degree from Northwestern University.
